5 Stars is great but what about not helpful articles? Or a back end view of the votes? Or a scalable rating system? One suggestion would be two colors of stars Green and Red, Green would be postive feedback, and Red would be negative. So you would know a majority of people voted it not helpful. The next would be a rating scale that make sense to your organization, instead of a thumbs up and thumbs down, give them a scale of 1-5 or 1-10, or 1-100, or what ever you need. What about being able to see the hard core votes? 23 thumbs up, 10 thumbs down. |
