Tickets Like in vBulletin, a threaded / hybrid model view for tickets

Just like the forum software (vBulletin), it would be great to have a threaded and/or hybrid view for ticket reply history. A straight linear ticket history doesn't always accurately depict the reply flow.

For an example, view a post (here in the forums). Click "Display Modes" on the very right side and you'll see a Threaded mode and Hybrid mode.

I personally wouldn't have a use for it but I can see a few people having one.

To add to that, there should be two options inside the admin area. The default view and also if to allow the end user to choose their view. If the user changes their view, it should be bound to their account so next time they login, it shows that way.
