So on the client-side of LiveResponse, I get the little noise and the orange in my start bar when a new message comes in. Is there a way to make either of those happen with the customer-side (visitor-side, anythingelse-side, i dont know what its called)? Especially the noise. Maybe a little JS script could do the job. I think this would be a nice addon, since sometimes people on the chat forget their talking to us... |

At the moment no there is not, but it is a good feature request. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Yeah, there is a way to do it. I'm not completely sure what it is, I've seen it done before. |

Edit: There IS a way to do it. I have a friend who codes JS like his first language. I'll ask him when he comes on later. If I can provide the code, is there any possibility we can get this installed? |

Of course there is a way to implement it, which is why I have moved it to the Feature Request forums - but there is no way to do it with SupportSuite as-is  -------------------------------------------------------------------

Oh okay, I misunderstood. Sorry. I thought you meant there is no way to make that kind of JavaScript. |
