Is it possible to implement the "Quick Insert" option for live chat, so that you can easily point the visitor to the existing KB article or download

Oh yes, would deffo like to see this included. It should be a tree menu through the knowledge base categories.

i was thinking the same. Perhaps use the same "Quick Insert" system that is used in the tickets.
