It would be a great benefit to me and i'm sure a lot of other large hosting companies to record how many hours each operator spends online and any status changes that occur, i think this could be done by a simply report system posing it into a CSV file.

I would be willing to pay a small amount for this addon to be developed if anyone is interested.

I appreciate your help and i hope to hear from someone soon

That's something Ryan and Roger will have to first work on, I guess. Who knows, they might have already done their part of the job

I am glad you agree that it is a necessary function.

Is there any sort of documentation anywhere on how to program custom functions? I do have quite a bit of programming experience in PHP4 and 5 and MYSQL.

Any help appreciated.

There's no API as of now but they are working on it.

That's good news. Can't wait to see this implemented. I really think Kayako have the edge over other products on the market and i'm sure this feature will pull in a lot more.

It is under consideration for V4 currently. It is yet to have Varun / Ryan (Lead PHP / Lead Desktop Programmers respectively) decide if it will make V4 or not.

Hi Joshua; it is in the Consideration queue until we decide whether or not to include it in the roadmap. An update to this thread will be made when this happens.

@Craig; it is any one of us, or a number of us who decide what features are roadmapped, and when.
