Introduction to Parallels Business Automation - Standard XML API At the above URL is the intro for the XML-API of Parallels Business Automation Standard (PBAS), formerly HSPcomplete from SWSoft (now Parallels). I wish to allow my Kayako Support Suite install to authenticate logins against the PBAS database using the "auth_person" method of the API as detailed at the following URL. HSPC/API/Person Since this uses SOAP / XML, I would assume it to be similar to the existing LoginShare module for H-Sphere (which is not also owned by Parallels). Can this be implemented into Kayako? |
