Hi,

I would like to be able to print custom fields, etc in ticketprint.tpl. Upon user registration I ask address, city, etc. I want this to be printed on the ticket from the staff cp. If this could be added asap that would be great!

I do not think this is possible at the moment.

arg - i think i'm going to have to look for a new help desk package. this issue and the lack of security permissions on other modules (ie: users, news, etc) are irritating...
