Making tickets viewable to multiple users in the Web Client Interface - 25-06-2008, 09:49 AM

Hi,

We need the ability to copy multiple "CC Users" on our support tickets - and enable all these users to be able to view the full ticket history through the Web Client Interface.

I've asked LiveChat support for Kayako - and they said to lodge this as a feature request here.

Would really appreciate if this function could get added.
