Question Manager email alerts? - 27-03-2008, 11:54 AM

Hello,

Is it possible to define email alerts so managers are alerted for any ticket creation/update for tickets raised by other users/managers in the same group?

Yes, please add this to your wish list for V4 if possible. This I think make sense since managers are able/supposed to see/update/follow all tickets of their group.

PS: I've enabled the CC feature when customer submit ticket to have a workaround but this as some drawbacks:
- The CC only receive staff replies alerts (ticket creation alert is not sent for instance).
- Also, the ticket URL is not added to alerts sent to CCs recipient. This is not convenient as well.
