Live Chat More fields for user input

Hello All,
I would like the live chat to be able for us to add more fields that the user can enter besides name and email address. This will allow us to get as much information before accepting the chat. For example be able to add custom fields. Thanks

I agree, +1 for this. Just FYI, a mod to add custom fields for offline messages for Live Chat is available free of cost in the "Modifications & Addon Releases" section.
