We sent an error report to some of our customers every week so the predefined answers is very useful for severel reasons. But it would be nice if it was possible to make predefined emails as well.

By this I mean instead of inserting a predefined answer it should be possible to create a predefined answer with predefined emails. So when I choose the predefined email "error report for Coca Cola" I automatically get:

• A predefined answer
• predefined receiver
• predefined cc and bc

Then I just need to add extra text if needed and attachments.

It might not be something a lot of people would need but I thought that if I don't tell you about it there's no chance that it might be considered either.
