That is correct; the system will only tie in ticket responses sent in by e-mail from that secondary address to the same account - it is not a multiple login solution. -------------------------------------------------------------------

ok right, what i am trying to achieve is, account1@test.com is the main ticket submission account, account1@test.com submits ticket ABC-123, a staff member responds to that ticket, is it possible both account1@test.com and account2@test.com can receive the response? |

Not without manually CCing a reply to the other e-mail address; otherwise the reply will only go to the e-mail address that raised the ticket. -------------------------------------------------------------------
