New Report Tracking Responce Times that include custom fields - 17-09-2008, 10:17 AM

Is it possible to include an additional report that can include the following information.
  • Ticket Number
  • Date
  • Time Worked
  • Staff Worked
  • Custom Fields (i.e Client Name)
The reason for this is that tickets are sorted according to subject and for invoicing purposes at the end of the month, one has to open each ticket individually to see who the client was that the work was done for.

This report will reduce the time as you can get a total time per ticket with the clients name next to it.
