One Step Live Support - 22-02-2008, 12:50 AM

Is it possible to change the live support so when a user clicks on the live support button they're taken directly to chat.
Instead of submitting a department.

Because I'll every user belongs to a template and each template will have only one department.

It would take a number of modifications to the source code, for which there is no developer documentation.

This is deffo something I would like to see in a future version where the name is simply guest. A few other live help systems do this and it is handy in certain situations.
