I would like to see the ability to add billable time via the /pda interface (and to a lesser extent time worked).

I would of expected this to be included in the pda interface already to be honest. It needs implementing ASAP as people "on the road" on PDAs need to be able to note down billable time.

I agree, it is a good feature request. I will update the thread when I target the feature.

No, just imagine people on the road using the PDA interface will need it. Do you not agree?

I agree it is a good feature request for one of those reasons, but rather than hearing what people think should be implemented (for feature's sake) I'd rather see why a feature is needed and how this currently affects how someone uses SupportSuite - something that they would actually use.

I know you post support on an awful lot of feature requests - maybe you would use some or maybe not; but the kind of "I'll support it because it sounds nice" approach makes it incredibly hard to prioritise features for the immediate term (and the reason - if you remember - why I have not implemented automatic polls tied to each feature request).

Gotcha. I usually post where I would like the feature and would use it myself or where I can see a number of people finding the feature handy.

Well I requested it since that's exactly how I want to use it. I have multiple techs on the road and I'm trying to use Kayako to manage everything
