Currently, you user name field only allows for the WHOLE NAME (i.e. "Ryan Dahl"). I'd like to suggest that you split that into First Name and Last Name. Or, at least offer a First Name field. Then, when I use the predefined responses, I could start by saying: "Dear {FirstName}:". Currently, when I use a predefined response, I have to either use a generalized salutation, or else manually fill in the persons first name. The data is there - it would seem so much easier if this was automated, still allowing for personalized response to support questions. |
