When an Alert-SMS is sent, the sender is a +44... number. What about replacing the Number dynamically with the Portal's name. If Staff-Members receive Alerts for different Portals, there's no way to find out *which* Portal has sent it. The SMS protocol supports names as sender, only the Gateway must support that... |
