I would like to suggest that Kayako implment some sort of ability to enter in a number of responses per SLA per client.
We want this to sell prepaid responses at certain SLAs. For example client might want to buy 10 Priority support calls at $500. We should be able to bring that client up and enter 10 available tickets into therir account. As the customer logs support calls the available tickets would reduce. At a preset levelt he client could receive an email advising them that they only have x tickets left and to contact sales to purchase more.
When the client ran out of tickets their support requests would either not be accepted/actioned or would default to a lower SLA.
It really adds a potential to generate value and income. If you like and implement feel free to provide us a free package. ;-)
