Primary Support Person for User Group/Department/Group Template - 03-01-2008, 12:05 AM

When a user creates a ticket, it would be nice to have it auto assigned to a specific "Lead" or "Primary" support/staff person so we don't have to assigned every single ticket to someone.

By Department or User Group would work fine in our case, not sure which would be best for other users of Kayako
