I have been looking through the demo version of SupportSuite, and I have missed this feature.

We are looking for the option to add a private download for a user/customer. At this point, there is an option to either password protect a download, or completely 'hide' a category for all users.

It would be great to have a section available where a support agent can simply add a fix for a specific users' problem, but where not all other customers/users can see the availability for this download.

I hope this explanation is clear enough, please let me know if more details are required!

I think this has already been suggested.

Currently the only way is to add it to a ticket for that user but yes, I agree, the ability to only permit one or more users would be a nice feature.
