Teamwork -> Calendar RSS for the Calendar

It seem that Kayako - one of the most superior support desks - lacks the most important feature. There is no way for me to sync my calendar either through iCal or RSS - now I am sure I could easily build this into the package myself via my own script - but as for others this would be possible the most helpful things we do not keep our browsers open 24/7 like we do with our Thunderbird / Outlook / Mac Mail -etc.

I would be nice for you to include this in the next package and I mean the next package.

This feature is under strong consideration, and in part I'm responsible for the upcoming teamwork module. We will be moving towards calendar integration in the near future.

Because we are circumspect about new features, I cannot be more specific. However, I believe you'll be very happy with the end result.
