Right now there is only latest news has RSS feed but I can not get the code to embed on my site- a non kayako page. Also, please consider RSS feed for popular articles, latest articles and knowledge base as well. We are a software based company, and we wanted to show the information within user's interface, so when they click on it they will be taken back to helpdesk. It's a very useful feature and should be simple to do so, I hope kayako Tech consider adding this in the next release. Thank you for listening, NT |
