| Rule to match from name against a staff name and perform ticket assign -

We have an e-mail queue setup for a pseudo "configuration management" for our technicians. It would be nice to have an option that under the E-mail Queue setup that if checked, would make the ticket 'Owner' the same name as in the 'From Name' of the e-mail entered into the queue.
Or is there a way to accomplish this that I'm missing?
