Hello Kayako, Are there any plans to index the content of files that are uploaded to eSupport/Kayako? In other words, if a file (PDF, MS-Word, Excel, etc) is uploaded to the "Downloads" section in Kayako such as in https://support.kayako.com/index.php...nloads&_a=view, and this file has the word "Marketing" in it, when the word "marketing" is looked for in the kayako search box, it would be wonderfull if the search results would yield a reference to the mentioned document.
