Lightbulb Send Staff Reply to multiple emails - 04-02-2008, 07:44 AM

Hi ,

I have the SupportSuite Package , every client account includes several emails for several sub users . I think it is important to be able to have the option of adding multiple email accounts to each User account (By the User) and to be able to copy them on the Staff response instead of making that manually now while responding .

What do you think ?

Just so it is clear, you want the ability to send response notifications to all email addresses tagged under a client account?

Yes I think thats what he is asking for. To add to this request, the users whose emails are tagged into the account should be able to view all tickets under that account.

Can't they already do that? I thought you can login using any email address under the client account and it shows you all tickets...

Hi Craig ,

i meant sending Staff response to multiple email addresses as saved under the users account contact info.
For Example :
A Client has under his account his yahoo mail as the primary email address but he has also a gmail and hotmail emails , what happens now is that our Staff response ONLY reaches his yahoo email and we have to type in the gmail and hotmail emails manually while responding .
Instead it will be more effiecient to send the response to ALL emails mentioned in his account contact info. in the same time . This is prefered if one account is accessed by multiple clients using multiple emails .

As of now the software treats 1 email address as 1 client account.

I hope this option can be put into consideration if possible in the current versions as an update or in the future versions . Very helpful when it comes to multiple sub users
