Hi Guys, Just thought I would share a feature request. I think it would be more secure to use single use URLs for password resets. When a Kayako user forgets their password and requests it from the system, a single use URL us sent to their email address. They can then click on this URL and select a new password. This prevents passwords from being emailed. Email is a very insecure communication method. There are also some interesting alternatives to email for resetting passwords: Likes/Dislikes iforgotmypassword Pictures Vidoop.com - Home |
