Something for me to stop deleteing my aricles - 27-03-2008, 07:35 PM

I access eSupport using Firefox with tabs enabled

Ok, so I just spent the last hour making up a KB article with all of my fancy graphics and text. After I finished putting the last graphic in, for some reason, i decided to x out the tab.

So now all my work is gone and I have to start over again.

Perhaps when you edit a News, KB or Troubleshooter item we could have one of the following:
  • A prompt, if you are closing/changing the browser window, asking you if you would like to save your changes first.
  • A timed draft save ala Blogger.com or one of the other blog sites
...gah!

I don't think a close prompt is possible but I would be in full support of an AJAX saving solution every few mins.
