| Staff alert to new registrations i.e. when manual verify needed -

Hello it would be good if a field could be added to the alerts area that if you have automatic verification for users switched off then an email would be sent to the staff to alert them that a user is awaiting to be verified so there account can be activated.
This is useful if you want to lock down your kayako support suite so that not anyone can create a new account and start submitting tickets.
At the moment we have it setup so that the user has to register before submitting a ticket and have the option to send the user an email to active and verify there account because we don't want just anyone creating new accounts.
We are not alerted via email to the staff though that a user is awaiting activation.
Could everyone please reply to this post as i think it would be a great help to the kayako setup and would be easy to implement by kayako. |
