We have new staff and they may want to listen to experienced staff in how they handle responses and learn about our products. It would be nice if there was a "subscribe to ticket" option was available for them to listen in. I know I can add them when I reply to a staff ticket, but it would be better if they could view tickets they want to look over the shoulder on and receive communications. This also allows our supervisors to do the same for the junior staff, listening in on the comms to make sure they are treating the customer properly and answering their questions without frustrating them. |
