Suspend User Accounts - 09-04-2008, 01:04 AM

It would be nice if you could suspend user accounts or lock them down. This would come in handy for accounts that owe money or have not paid up for their support. Rather then delete them you can suspend them until you receive payment. It would help manage users and the support you provide.

don't know really. Our system relies on manual verification as opposed to email verification.. I tried making a test account and un-validating it. Tried logging in and it just gives the 'invalid username or password' message. There isn't an option for "forget password" so it looks like the user is stuck..

Yeah see that might not be a great option for users to see cause they will still try to contact the desk somehow to ask why their password username doesn't work. Perhaps we could have a "suspend user account" option and also an optional message box that could display custom text ("Please purchase a package first in order submit a ticket").
