The administrator control panel should allow you to manage the widgets that are displayed on the support centre home page, as well as add new ones (title, description, image and link).

This is surely a definite MUST.

It seems incredible to me that Kayako has got to v3 without this feature.

Yes, this is a must in my opinion! I have a ton of template groups and only some have knowledgebases.
