| CSI -> Configurable columns on client portal (Support Center) -

Hi,
I would like to request the ability to configure (choose) the columns that display in the client portal.
It would be very helpful (to us) to add a column so clients could sort tickets by last activity as well as clients email address. Email address sort would help because we have to have all clients set to "manager" so they can see tickets within their company as tickets may be handled on the client side by a number of people.
I realize there is only so much "width" to work with, but I think we could manager that on our side. (reduce number of displayed items if too wide)

Features I need asap: 1) Ticket search in the client portal! 2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name 3) Downloads by client
(i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area. 4) Integrated KB image uploads
The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles.
