It would be great when I could set the column width of each field I insert into a view.

e.g.: the subject column is very small compared to other columns/fields

Hi,

I would like to request the ability to configure (choose) the columns that display in the client portal.

It would be very helpful (to us) to add a column so clients could sort tickets by last activity as well as clients email address. Email address sort would help because we have to have all clients set to "manager" so they can see tickets within their company as tickets may be handled on the client side by a number of people.

I realize there is only so much "width" to work with, but I think we could manager that on our side. (reduce number of displayed items if too wide)
