There should be a confirmation displayed if the user tries to close chat pop-up window.

And we need the survey feature at the end of the chat session!

I second this. The survey feature was available in v2 which was removed in v3.

Good suggestions, and it would be wise for Kayako to pay mind to these suggestions. The survey feature especially would be key for many businesses to know how well they are answering questions and where areas may need improvement.

That button to "End Chat" that you mention, was removed from the client side when it went from v2 to v3 as well.

There has not been any way for a client to gracefully leave a chat and do anything meaningful with the chat transcript since v2.
