UNKNOWN System -> Complete unificiation of user data

I have seen parts of this request floating around the forums (I certainly cannot claim to be pioneering this request), but I wanted to add a single request that captures it all:

Couple the User information from the various parts of eSupport together!

Currently, the User information (for example, Full Name) is very much independent in different places.

It would help a lot (save lots of time and money) if it would be possible to maintain a single list of users, and then populate eSupport from there.

You already have some partial coupling in place (such as looking up e-mail addresses from Contacts), but it's just scratching the surface right now.

If you need me to provide a more detailed overview of where the User information can be coupled, please let me know. I presume that you know what I am talking about, and can locate this information yourself.
