Totally agree with this. Would be cool. You should be able to do this pretty easily with templates actually. You just need a way of saying something like the following :- {If Time is between 10AM and 4PM, show this} It is currently office time. You should get a response within 2 hours. {else} We are currently out of the office. You will get a response as soon as our office reopens. If you need this urgently, I suggest you contact SoftAir.
