Thumbs up System -> Date / time conditionals in e-mail templates - 27-06-2007, 08:57 PM

We would like to be able to send a different auto-response out after hours.

This would allow us to put a tag into the response telling them that the office is closed and give them our hours, but the ticket has been created and we will check it out when we get back.

Totally agree with this. Would be cool.

You should be able to do this pretty easily with templates actually. You just need a way of saying something like the following :-
{If Time is between 10AM and 4PM, show this}
It is currently office time. You should get a response within 2 hours.
{else}
We are currently out of the office. You will get a response as soon as our office reopens.

If you need this urgently, I suggest you contact SoftAir.
