Hello,
Our Support team uses eSupport. They receive tickets from customers and send answers, but most of customers have spam filters and messages from our Support team are blocked sometimes. We have purchased Digital-ID certificates from Verisign and we want to sign outcoming messages. In version 3.11 this is impossible.
This feature is very important for us (and I think not only for us) and any help from Kayako developers will be very appreciated! Thank you in advance.
