System -> E-mails -> Autoresponder in the language of the customer - 13-11-2007, 10:55 AM

Is it possible to auto detect the customers language so the auto emailresponder will send the response in the wright language? There are 2 ways to submit a ticket (via mail or via customers front-end). I assumed that if i select my language before submitting a ticket the system is smart enough to auto reply me in my own language.
