In this thread http://forums.kayako.com/showthread....ghlight=coding People talked about wanting to be able to add Code or HTML lines into a ticket. As a software engineer I would like to have this feature to. Some of my colleque's tried to send me some HTML lines, but they where all gone in the ticket. I understand that HTML is commented out, but it would be nice if you could add code simply by using "[ code ] [ /code ]" In the thread mentioned above, Varun Shoor said (06-05-2005, 04:04 AM) that this could be implemented in V3. But.. it doesn't work, or it simply is not there. So please please ... put this in supportsuite asap. What do you think ? (Poll answer 1 should by "Yes by using [ code ] [ /code ] ") |
