hey Guys, My request is to allow RSS feeds to come into Kayako. I am aware that you can currently send News articles OUT of Kayako, but there is no way to feed any RSS TO the support suite. We're a web hosting company and would like to be able to feed News items into the system via RSS, as they are created on another (our parent company's) website. Please include it in the next release if possible. Anyone interested should post heaps of messages agreeing it should be included ;p |
