At present, searching of tickets is done through what looks like a POST request from the search form. We have our own customer system and have a custom field in SupportSuite where the user can enter their customer system username. It would be good if you could go to a URL to conduct a search so that in our customer system, I can add a link that prepopulates the customers username. E.g. http://www.example.com/support/staff...query=username This could also be extended to give each search it's own URL like Google does so you can copy/paste the URL and give it to someone else or alter the query. I see that a search ID is created for each search but this would allow more flexibility. |

Good idea - I am not sure where to place this yet (V3 or V4), I will give it some thought. -------------------------------------------------------------------
