Teamwork -> Tasks Other is the ability to apply task or event to a specified group

There’s a couple a couple of thinks that in my humble opinion could add to increase Kayako Customer satisfaction, well at list for me
One is to set permissions in teamwork options.
Other is the ability to apply task or event to a specified group.
And the final one is , the ability to set recurrence in task and events.
I’m still a newbie using kayako and I’m still looking around for features that I believe will help me in a near future as I’m still in a testing phase.

Thanks for the request. We are looking to enhance and make finer permissions across the entire system, and further develop the teamwork module.

Permissions for tasks/events: assuming you mean read, edit and/or delete permissions, these are planned for Teamwork v4.

Recurring tasks and events are also planned for Teamwork v4.

Applying tasks to groups: this is the first time I've seen this idea. I like it, but I need to stare at it for a while. I'd like to get this into Teamwork v4, but no promises yet.
