I am rebuilding Teamwork v4, and both of these concerns are now being taken into consideration. With regards to point 2, I will be setting up alert emails for near-due, due and overdue; is that enough? With regards to point 1, what sort of tracking would be helpful? I have requested clarification from the customer in private message, but further opinions on these matters would be appreciated from all. -------------------------------------------------------------------
