Teamwork -> Contacts -> Ability to group contacts - 14-06-2007, 12:20 AM

Teamwork module or the users modules needs a "manage company" tab.

There is a subset of information that is common to a given company's users/contacts

e.g.

Main Address
Main Phone #
Product License Codes (for us, a software company this would help)
License Expiration date
etc.

It would be very helpful to build a company (or this could even be within the users>manage groups area), and then be able to link either the users to the company or put more company related info into the groups (like the license info I mentioned above)

Currently I'm having to add custom fields to team work module and it's a pita to have to enter this for every user in a group (most of our groups have 8-12 users)

Features I need asap:
1) Ticket search in the client portal!
2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name
3) Downloads by client
(i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area.
4) Integrated KB image uploads
The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles.

I was going to add a feature request for this very thing. I could REALLY use this. This could tie in with the other requests for asset management.

I would like to be able to manage my tickets by company. Currently I cannot even view the company field in my ticket list. Does anyone know how to do this?
