As an Admin, I need to know when a staff sends a ticket note to one person or to everyone. As many may not know, if you don't specify a staff when creating a ticket note, everyone gets the note (as far as I know). So when I read in a Ticket "Note by: {Staff}" I'd rather see: "Note by {Staff} to {Recipient(s)}". This will tell me if this info was specific to one person or possibly unintentionally broadcasted and something in which I need to train the staff on the use of notes. |
