Ticket notes - permissions - 08-04-2008, 11:57 PM

Dear All,

What are your thoughts on adding the ability to set permissions on groups so that only certain people can delete ticket notes? I noticed that ANYONE who is apart of a group can delete notes?

Oh yes, that would be a further handy option so staff can't hide their tracks if they mess something up. +1
