Tickets Ticket Printing

Ok, I am sure this can probably be done, but would be nice if it was built in.

We print onsite tickets for clients to sign. It would be nice if the printing feature allowed us to modify the layout of the printing..

ie: once we Post Reply to the ticket and thus close it out, if you click the printer icon under your Staff Name, it brings up a nicely formatted print out of what you just type with a time/date...

But I need it to print some custom fields like Company Name, Address, Phone, Contact name, Time/Date, Billed Time etc.

We have preprinted forms we use at the office with Lotus Notes and an empty form we can fill in from our website, but that's all too much manual stuff... I guess since it's all in a data base I could edit the website form to ask for a ticket number and I could pull all the data from the data base and fill in the form for printing... but that's not inside Kayako

So a nice form editing/printing WYSIWYG feature would be excellent
