Hello, That would be nice, if there could be away to assign ticket status on a per department basis. For technical support there could be numerous status where as for the sales or billing department, just a few. Making ticket status global makes it a more cluttered help desk. Hi Ganesh, This is already possible, under the properties of the statuses (admincp -> Tickets -> Manage Statuses) ![]() -------------------------------------------------------------------
