Ticket views -> Remove CC users from this view - 06-04-2006, 12:14 AM

I know there is a bug open for the CC user. I was wondering if at the same time we can get the remove icons added to the post reply email options button also. I'd like to be able to remove recipients from the post reply, rather than having to goto edit, remove them, then go back and re-type the message I already typed after realizing I want to remove a recipient.

Eger,

I would like to see a remove CC button next to the CC(s) added to the recipient list also. In the meantime, you can save what you typed by selecting 'Save as Draft' before selecting the Edit tab. After finishing the removal of the CC, just re-click on Post Reply and your previous work is restored.

How to remove CC user please? - 01-12-2006, 03:51 AM

When a client replies, sometimes they CC other Teams in my company (for no good reason) - which sucks because then it creates new tickets. How do I delete the CC users without deleting the Conversation?!

What you need to do is save the draft, go back to the ticket, click the 'Edit' tab. From here you will see the same CC User list with one exception, a little trash can icon to the right of the address.

Wish this icon was right in the post reply or any other tab showing the additional users.
