In Kayako version 3.11 we could not delete a thread when we are viewing a thread. The only way to delete a thread would be to list threads and find it through a list. If you use the search feature and open a thread, you cannot delete it. As a workaround we created a "Delete" label and then viewed all tickets with the "Delete" label and deleted them in that list. |
