Tickets Assign label when creating new

Hello,

This would seem fairly basic, but how can we allow a label to be assigned during the creation of a new ticket (staff or client)?? It seems that label assignment is intuitively done at the time the ticket is created if desired...but we can only assign a label after a ticket is created.

Hi Chris,

Clients are not meant to see or be able to manipulate the labels. You are correct that labels cannot be added to tickets at creation time, they can be added when making a reply to the ticket, however.

I will move this thread to the feature requests forum for you.

Ok - to be more specific it would make sense to just include the label field during new ticket creation in the Ticket Properties area (to the right of where the status and priority are). Thanks!
